I highly recommend Conny and her Pilates classes, she's such a kind, fun and understanding person.

Will Pilates cure my back pain? 

Pilates focuses on core-strength, trains the body as an integrated whole and unlike many other exercises it uses all major muscle groups. Pilates promotes strength, balanced muscle development, flexibility and increased range of movements. 

 Benefits of a stronger core are overall better performance in any sports, improved posture and therefore less injuries and  back pain. Pilates improves physical fitness, is highly effective for injury rehabilitation and improves mental health, help depression symptoms; lowering anxiety levels as well as training your brain due to deeper muscle activation.
